Frequently Asked Questions
My sewer’s backing up — how fast can you get here?
Sewer backups are an emergency and we treat them like one — usually same-day across Snohomish & King County. Call (425) 870-2946 and you’ll reach Brandon, not a call center.
Do you offer trenchless sewer repair?
Where the line and conditions allow, yes. Trenchless methods replace or reline the pipe with minimal digging — less damage to your yard, driveway, and landscaping.
Can you camera-inspect my line to find the problem?
Yes. A video inspection shows exactly what’s going on inside the pipe — roots, a belly, a crack, or a blockage — so you pay to fix the real problem, not a guess.
Why do my drains keep clogging?
Repeat clogs usually mean roots, grease buildup, or a damaged line — not just one bad day. We clear it, find the cause on camera, and tell you straight whether it’ll come back.
Will you have to dig up my whole yard?
Rarely. Between trenchless options and targeted spot repairs, we keep digging to the minimum and restore what we do disturb.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Fully — Washington contractor license #LIMITPS810CL, bonded and insured on every job.
💡 Did You Know?
Your sewer line is supposed to slope about ¼ inch per foot. Too flat and waste sits and hardens; too steep and the water races off leaving solids behind. A lot of “mystery” repeat clogs are really a slope or sag problem in the pipe itself — not anything you did.
